DNA Double Helix

This image has been modeled entirely in Modo. No post production of any kind except of the depth of field while using a separate channel in Photoshop. I heavely relied on replicators introduced to Modo 401 which makes however the scene relatively heavy. One day I steered at a bunch of grapes I suddenly had the idea of adapting the round shapes to the acids molecules for my final renders.
